Minnesota Congresswoman Ilhan Omar never thought this moment of truth would arrive.

But the news is even worse than Omar could have imagined.

And Fox News just sent Ilhan Omar into panic mode with one shocking expose.

Fox News legal analyst Gregg Jarrett broke down the unfolding investigation into Ilhan Omar for allegedly committing immigration fraud by marrying her brother.

Omar and her allies in the Democrat Party and the media are trying to deflect attention away from the charges by claiming she is the victim of weaponized government.

Jarrett destroyed that claim by pointing out that a Democrat Judge in Washington, DC, approved the search warrant to raid Omar’s home.

“The warrant served on Omar’s home was approved by a Democratic judge in the District of Columbia, a venue with a long and conspicuous hostility toward Trump and anyone in his orbit.

It is reasonable to conclude, therefore, that the feds must have presented substantial incriminating evidence to justify the signed order, especially against a sitting member of Congress from the judge’s own party and just weeks before an important election,” Jarrett wrote.

Omar is also facing allegations that her father signed her immigration papers when she was 18 and lied about her being 17, that Omar knew this was the case, and that she used the false name of Ilhan Omar, when her real name is Ilhan Nur Said Elmi on her paperwork.

“Is Ilhan Omar the person she purports to be? Was her immigration to the U.S. secured through falsehoods? Was her citizenship obtained validly or through lies? Are the rumors true that Omar engaged in a sham marriage to her brother in a scheme to obtain immigration benefits for him?” Jarrett added.

Jarrett then listed the potential criminal charges Omar could face:

— If Omar lied about her birthdate on immigration or citizenship forms, that constitutes false statements (18 U.S.C. § 1001) and criminal fraud (18 U.S.C. § 1425). The latter carries a maximum punishment of 10 years in prison.

— If she willfully repeated the inaccurate birthdate on other official forms, that’s more false statements and criminal fraud.

— If she enlisted others to help her enter a false birthdate, that’s a conspiracy to commit fraud.

— If she worked with others to cover up the fraud, that’s an additional criminal conspiracy (18 U.S.C. §§ 371 or 1349), aiding and abetting (18 U.S.C. § 2), and obstruction of justice (18 U.S.C. §§ 1505 and 1519).

— If Omar misrepresented that she was a minor when she obtained derivative citizenship from her father, the fraud nullifies her citizenship.

— If her father lied to obtain citizenship, the original fraud could invalidate her derivative citizenship.

— If her father never actually obtained citizenship, then Omar’s citizenship is likely invalid.

Jarrett also reminded readers that Omar was the subject of a criminal investigation into her finances that began in the Biden administration.

That probe centered on the sudden explosion of wealth she and her husband Tim Mynett experienced when Omar reported on financial disclosure forms that her net worth skyrocketed to over $30 million.

The following year, Omar raised suspicions by revising those forms to show a negative net worth.

“Omar’s troubles are compounded by a separate criminal investigation into the sharp fluctuations in her finances. It was launched by the U.S. attorney in Washington, D.C. How exactly did the congresswoman and her current husband, political consultant Tim Mynett, go from almost no assets to as much as $30 million in a single year?” Jarrett went on to write.

A winery Mynett co-owned shut down after it shipped empty barrels to investors is at the center of this probe.

Omar and her media partners can’t simply waive these allegations away.
