For the last ten years, CNN has led the fake news media’s total war against President Trump.
But Trump is now getting the last laugh.
And Trump pointed at the press and delivered a brutal verdict to this CNN host.
At a rally in Ohio for Senator John Husted and gubernatorial candidate Vivek Ramaswamy, Trump took aim at Democrats and the Trump-damaged media.
Polls show Democrats leading in the House and Senate races.
But the polls also showed Democrats in a similar position in 2016 and 2024.
In the Trump era, the polls have consistently underestimated Republican support.
Some attribute that to unreliable public polling because it’s harder and more expensive than ever to reach enough voters to generate a representative sample.
Others maintain the liberal universities and media outlets that produce the public polls are purposefully releasing polls that oversample Democrats to show Republicans trailing by massive margins in the hopes of depressing the Trump base.
Trump reminded the crowd of the one thing that is true: when his base turns out, Republicans win elections, and Trump predicted the GOP would “shock the media and defy the polls again on Election Day.
“They’re in for a big surprise. It’s very simple: You gotta get out and vote. You gotta get out. You gotta vote for these guys,” Trump declared. “If you do that, we’re gonna win, and we’re gonna win big.”
The President added a flourish, “And we’re gonna shove it up their a**, okay?”
Trump mocked Texas Senate Democrat candidate James Talarico for being afraid to eat meat.
“What they don’t show is he goes to the back of the tent every time, and he’s throwing up all over the place,” Trump exclaimed. “He’s not for meat.”
Trump also took note of the cameras covering the event and blasted CNN host Kaitlan Collins, the most anti-Trump activist on the Trump-hating network, as “unhappy.”
“She’s such an unhappy person,” Trump added. “She’s a young, nice person, but she never smiles. She’s a very unhappy person.”
The crowd cheered at Trump needling Collins.
Trump also laid out the stakes of the election, reminding voters of how Democrats waged lawfare against him and even tried to assassinate him.
“They’ve tried to smear us, slander us, persecute us, demoralize us,” Trump went on to say.
“They’ve attacked me, they’ve impeached me, they’ve arrested me, and they even tried to kill me, I guess,” Trump continued.
Trump implored the crowd to turn out and vote because when they did, they won.
“But with you at my side, we have always prevailed and prevailed by a lot and got record-setting votes and record-setting victories,” Trump stated.
“We’ve won every battle, we’ve defeated every hoax. We’ve overcome every threat, and now we are on the cusp of beating the communists, socialists, radicalized lunatics, and villains once and for all,” Trump remarked.
Trump pronounced the election a defining moment for the country and promised Americans would never become a communist nation.
“We’re going to put them down once and for all, because the United States of America will never be a communist country,” Trump asserted.
“We did not come all this way and defeat all of those dangers only to watch our country be taken over by sick, sick people; there’s sick people, there’s something wrong with these people,” Trump concluded.
